Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SokoClick. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using SokoClick (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The Service
SokoClick is a business & personal operations platform (sales, stock, invoicing, credit, and reporting). Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. One person or business is responsible per workspace (the owner).
4. Plans, billing & vouchers
Paid plans and usage credits are activated through a verified payment or a prepaid voucher purchased from a Certified Partner (cash / Mobile Money) or on the platform. Vouchers and credits have the validity stated at issuance. Free-tier limits apply until a paid plan is activated. We never move third-party funds; Diaspora Bridge is a bookkeeping record only.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to bypass tenant isolation or entitlement controls, or resell access outside the Certified Partner program. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or that create security or payment risk.
6. Fair use
We describe stock, products, and customers as "unlimited" for normal business use. To protect the shared platform for everyone, we may rate-limit abnormally high or automated write volumes and apply generous per-account ceilings set far above ordinary use; genuine high-volume needs are accommodated on a suitable plan or by arrangement. These limits guard against abuse and platform risk — they are not a feature paywall.
7. Your content & data
You own the business and personal data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (store, process, back up, and display it to your authorized users). We process it under our Privacy Policy and keep it isolated per workspace.
8. AI features
AI-assisted features (reports, dossiers, scoring) are generated from your verified ledger data and are provided for information only — they are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any document before relying on it.
9. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and staged rollouts. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SokoClick is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SokoClick is established, without limiting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or by your local courts where the law so requires.
