Your trust matters. Here is how we handle and protect your data.
1. Who we are
SokoClick is the data controller for the account data you provide. Contact: hello@sokoclick.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
Account & identity: name, business name, phone number, email, country, and language. Operational data you enter: sales, stock, invoices, expenses, customers, credit, and personal-mode records. Technical data: device/browser type, IP, and usage events needed to run and secure the Service. We ask only for what the Service needs.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service (record-keeping, invoicing, credit, reporting), to authenticate you, to secure accounts and prevent abuse, to generate the AI features you request from your own data, and to provide support. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), on the basis of your consent where required (e.g. optional communications), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure and reliable.
5. Data residency
Your workspace data is pinned to a single region and kept there. Today, workspaces are served from our European region; as additional regions come online, users in Africa and the Americas are served from their own in-region stack. Ledger and personal data do not physically leave the workspace's region except under an explicit, audited cross-region exception. AI processing runs in the same region as the workspace, so your data is not exported out of residency.
6. Sharing & processors
We share data only with vetted infrastructure processors that run the Service on our behalf (cloud hosting, authentication, and AI inference on Google Cloud), each under contract and bound to confidentiality and residency. Certified Partners who sell vouchers or manage your workspace at your request may see the data you authorize. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required by applicable accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or pseudonymized. You can request deletion (see Your rights).
8. Your rights
Subject to the data-protection law that applies to you (such as GDPR where it applies, and the equivalent law of your own country), you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact hello@sokoclick.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
Data is isolated per workspace with row-level access controls, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Authentication is handled by a managed identity provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
10. Cookies & local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and preferences, and support offline-first operation. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required to consent in their jurisdiction.
